Renters may cancel their booking according to the following refund schedule:
Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days and returned to your original payment method.
Car owners may decline or cancel bookings, but frequent cancellations may impact your listing visibility and reputation.
You may decline booking requests without penalty. Renters will receive a full refund immediately.
The following situations may qualify for full refunds outside the standard policy:
Contact support to request a policy exception with supporting evidence.
If a renter fails to show up within 1 hour of agreed pickup time without communication, the owner may cancel without refund.
If an owner fails to show up within 1 hour of agreed pickup time, the renter receives a full refund and may file a complaint.
Date or time changes are subject to owner approval and availability. If the owner cannot accommodate changes, standard cancellation policies apply.
