What's Included

All Drivvie rentals include basic protection at no extra cost:

  • Third-Party Liability: Coverage for damage to other vehicles or property
  • Theft Protection: Protection against vehicle theft
  • 24/7 Roadside Assistance: Help when you need it most

How It Works

For Renters

You're automatically covered during your rental period. If an accident occurs, report it immediately through the app. Our team will guide you through the claims process.

For Owners

Your car is protected while rented through Drivvie. Our verification process and digital check-in/check-out system help prevent disputes. In case of damage, file a claim with supporting photos.

What's Not Covered

  • ✗ Driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs
  • ✗ Off-road driving (unless specified in listing)
  • ✗ Racing or reckless driving
  • ✗ Using the car for illegal activities
  • ✗ Letting unauthorized drivers operate the vehicle

Damage & Disputes

If damage occurs during a rental:

  1. Both parties complete check-out with photos
  2. Owner files damage claim in app
  3. Renter has 48 hours to respond
  4. Our team reviews evidence from both sides
  5. Fair resolution determined based on photos and policies
